Treatment

BACK & NECK PAIN

Back and neck pain can range from an ache, a strain or discomfort, to a spasm and sharp pain sometimes with or without nerve pain. In most cases, pain is not caused by anything serious and gets better over time.

Back and neck pain is caused by injury, strained muscles, and unusual sudden changes like heavy lifting or sitting/standing for too long, all of these can bring on back or neck pain as they exceed the body's natural capacity to adapt.

There are many other factors that will have an impact on whether someone experiences pain or not including their beliefs, fears, understanding, lifestyle / social factors and more.
